Game Development

Building engaging game experiences for mobile, web, VR, and desktop platforms. From casual apps to immersive worlds, we design and develop games that captivate players and drive lasting engagement across devices.

Companies we've collaborated with

Unity & Godot Game Development

Our developers are fluent in Unity and Godot, two of the most powerful open-source and commercial engines in the industry. We tailor our pipeline to match your goals, whether it’s stylized storytelling, physics-heavy simulation, or fast-paced mobile gameplay. Let us handle the design, scripting, animation, and deployment.

  • Unity for AAA-quality visuals and multiplatform deployment
  • Godot for efficient, open-source development and faster iteration
  • Custom shaders, UI/UX, and performance tuning

Mobile Game Development

We create mobile games that keep users coming back. From casual games and educational apps to complex, networked multiplayer experiences, we use Unity, Godot, and native toolkits to deliver performant, touch-friendly gameplay across devices. We handle everything from design and art direction to publishing and monetization.

  • Native, Unity, and Godot mobile development
  • App Store & Google Play deployment
  • Optimized UI/UX for touch interaction
  • In-app purchases, ads, and analytics integration

Immersive & VR Game Experiences

We specialize in building VR games and immersive storytelling environments using Unity, WebXR, and spatial interaction design. Whether it’s a headset-based experience or an interactive narrative, SLIDEFACTORY crafts intuitive gameplay loops that feel natural in 3D space. From early concepting to real-time deployment, we help studios and innovators push boundaries in experiential gaming.

  • Meta Quest, HTC Vive, WebXR, and standalone VR platforms
  • Spatial design, gesture input, and VR-friendly UI
  • Multiplayer and multi-user room-scale experiences
What we build

Games, and the serious things that behave like games

A boutique team working across gaming, entertainment, industrial, and technology, which sets our sweet spot: projects where the interaction matters more than the headcount.

Mobile and web games, from casual to networked multiplayer
VR and immersive experiences built in Unity
Serious games for brands, training, and simulation
Playable prototypes that prove a mechanic before production

A small studio that ships

Broom Magic Mayhem and the other titles on our work page were built by the same small team that builds our client software, which is the honest shape of game development at our size: no hundred-person pipeline, but also no telephone game between you and the people writing the code.

That size sets our sweet spot: mobile and web games, VR experiences, and serious games for brands and training, not open-world epics.

Prototype before you commit

The riskiest sentence in game development is “it will be fun when it is done.” We de-risk it the same way we de-risk client software: a playable prototype through our PoC sprint, starting at $7,500, that proves the core mechanic in two to four weeks.

If the prototype is not fun, you found that out for a fraction of a production budget.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What platforms do you develop games for?

Mobile (iOS and Android), web, VR headsets, and desktop. Cross-platform is the default assumption rather than an upsell; we pick the engine and architecture so a second platform is a port, not a rewrite.

Do you build complete games or support existing teams?

Both. We ship complete titles for clients, and we also drop into existing teams for specific systems: multiplayer, VR interaction, tooling, or performance work. We are a small studio, so you work with the people actually writing the code.

Unity or Godot?

We work in both. Unity remains the safer choice for commercial and VR projects; Godot has matured into a real option for 2D and smaller scope. Engine choice follows the project economics, and our engine cost analysis shows how we think about it.

How much does game development cost?

Scoped per project. For a new concept, the honest first step is a playable prototype through our PoC sprint, starting at $7,500, which proves the core mechanic before you fund the full production.
